Escuela secundaria encubierta is a comedy drama about a man who goes undercover as a high school student while hiding his identity as an agent of the National Intelligence Service (NIS) and establishes solidarity and empathizes with his classmates through school life. The drama will be written by Im Young Bin of the drama Fiscal .
Seo Kang Jun was reportedly offered to play the role of Jung Hae Sung, an undercover agent who disguises himself as a high school student. If Seo Kang Jun accepts his casting offer, Escuela secundaria encubierta will be his first return project after being discharged from the military in May of last year.
